Tim McEneny *Procure-to-Pay Expert, Originator of (eProcurement ) *Former Chairman & CEO (PurchasingNet,Inc. ) *Author of "Unlocking Your Entrepreneurial Potential: Marketing, Money, and Management Strategies for the Self-Funded Entrepreneur" (2011) *Born August 23, 1948, New York City, New York Tim McEneny was Chairman and CEO of (PurchasingNet, Inc. ) in Red Bank, New Jersey until 2010. He is considered a pioneer and innovator of automated procurement and accounts payable systems. He co-founded American Tech, in 1983 (renamed (PurchasingNet, Inc. ) in 1998), and created the first PC-based automated purchasing system named P.O. Writer Plus. He later went on to develop the first Web-based software and later a complete Procure-to-Pay solution named PNet. In 2011, he authored "Unlocking Your Entrepreneurial Potential: Marketing, Money, and Management Strategies for the Self-Funded Entrepreneur". The book has already won the iUniverse Editor's Choice Award and Rising Star Award based on pre-publication reviews.
